Standing Shiva
Description
Shiva is one of the Hindu triumvirates. The triumvirates consist of three gods who are responsible for the creation, upkeep, and destruction of the world. The other two gods are Brahma and Vishnu. Shiva’s role is to destroy the universe to create a better one. Shiva has considerable powers to manipulate energy. The sound destruction means he destroys the bad and paves the way to a new beginning.
Standing Shiva
The Standing Shiva with his Jato/matted hair represents Shiva as the lord of wind, who is the suitable form of breath present in all living beings. It shows that Shiva is Pasupatinath, lord of all living beings.
